Millsite Lodge is "a tucked away treasure" boasting 24 acres of tranquil 1880's homestead, beautifully situated on Castalia's famous Cold Creek. The lodge hosts a variety of private gatherings and offers exceptional accommodations for any family gathering or wedding reception. Couples often stay on-site throughout their wedding weekend alongside their families and wedding party members. The property includes a space for everything including a bridal party suite, ceremony grounds, a separated cocktail hour courtyard, and an elegant outdoor pavilion for dinner and dancing.

Brianna & Casey
This couple sought a clean, elegant look for their reception space. They brought us a concept photo found on Pinterest and asked us to recreate the look in the pavilion. The result is our favorite thus far, white sheer fairy-lit drapes with bistro lights strung from each chandelier. Their custom monogram set the stage for a picturesque first dance. Everyone loved watching Maggie's painting evolve throughout the evening!
Krysten & Ben
Tina, mother of the bride, called us with her vision of more advanced lighting of the wedding band and a desire to brighten the venue's wide-open lawn space. In addition, she needed a way to display a video of the couple's wedding ceremony which was held the year prior. Three televisions and a sound system were set and shaded within the lodge's sycamore tree courtyard. Later, guests enjoyed a variety of yard games illuminated by a glowing wash of the yard, fairy-lit mason jars, and up-lit trees. Highlighted by our professional stage lighting, the wedding band played throughout the evening alongside our advanced, intelligent dance floor lighting package. Everyone loved the all-inclusive use of the reception space!
Katie & Jack
Our first transformation of Millsite Lodge featured the wedding colors of bright pink and light pink. We added a whimsical pattern of texture to blend them together. The result was stunning and quite beautiful in-person. The glowing ambiance contributed a unique energy that kept this party hopping all night long!
